3 Tips For Beautiful & Healthy Skin
Dehydration is one of the most common concerns that our therapists notice on our client’s skin. Summer can be a very tough season for our skin as we are usually exposed to more sun, humidity and activities with family which can result in more sweating. These all have an impact on our skin’s health and appearance. Today we are sharing a few very simple yet effective ways to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.
Dehydration can cause itchy patches, dull, flaky skin, sensitivity and dark circles under your eyes. Keeping hydrated is a must not just for your skin, but your overall health in general especially during the summer months. On very hot days it is beneficial having a face mist on hand, as it’s a great way to ensure hydration at any time of the day. A mist is a toner enriched with essential oils and flower water to refresh and comfort your skin. Over the years face mists have become a very popular way to freshen up on the go. Water is also a fantastic way to keep yourself feeling fresh whilst also helping wash toxins out of your body. Another way to keep your skin hydrated is to exfoliate.
