ONLINE BOOKINGS
We are charged by the card processing company and for any refunds processed. If you cancel before the cancellation time frame and wish to have a refund there will be a £2.50 charge to cover this.
Nails
Issues happen and we will always try to resolve them. Please report any problem with your nails within two days.
With Gels if they lift or chip and we are at fault we will repaint them free of charge if it is within seven days. After this time you will be charged.
Please note the following before booking.
.Due to the nature of our business we do not allow under 13's in the salon
.If you are late for an appointment, your appointment will be shortened and you will still pay full price.
NO SHOWS
No shows and cancellation effect businesses!
If you no show you will need to pay the cost of treatment.
You will then be a pre pay only client.
If you cancel within 24hrs you will be required to cover 50% of the treatment.
