🌙 Sleepy Girl Mocktail (Magnesium + Tart Cherry Night Drink)



Ingredients


  • 1 tsp magnesium glycinate powder

  • 60 ml tart cherry juice (unsweetened)

  • 120 ml sparkling water or lemon sparkling water

  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh cherries or lavender sprig (optional garnish)



Instructions


  1. Add magnesium glycinate powder and tart cherry juice to a glass and stir well until dissolved.

  2. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.

  3. Pour the cherry mixture over ice.

  4. Top with sparkling water for a gentle fizz.

  5. Stir lightly and garnish.

  6. Sip 30–60 minutes before bed.
