🌙 Sleepy Girl Mocktail (Magnesium + Tart Cherry Night Drink)
Ingredients
1 tsp magnesium glycinate powder
60 ml tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
120 ml sparkling water or lemon sparkling water
½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh cherries or lavender sprig (optional garnish)
Instructions
Add magnesium glycinate powder and tart cherry juice to a glass and stir well until dissolved.
Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
Pour the cherry mixture over ice.
