How to Make Matcha Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds (or cashews)
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp matcha powder
½ cup shredded coconut
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Method:
Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Add dates, matcha powder, coconut, and honey. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
Roll into small balls with your hands.
Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
