How to Make Matcha Energy Balls



Ingredients:


  • 1 cup almonds (or cashews)

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder

  • ½ cup shredded coconut

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)



Method:


  1. Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

  2. Add dates, matcha powder, coconut, and honey. Blend until the mixture sticks together.

  3. Roll into small balls with your hands.

  4. Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
